Looking Back...

Here are some photos of our August activities... it went by so fast... I need to look at the pictures to remember:

Gabe at scout camp.... can you guess which one he is?
(he looks a lot like me... well, other than the fact that he's a boy)

Playing at the new (and FREE) splash pad!

This is what happens when I get on the computer and ignore Beck for more than 10 minutes:
he climbed on a chair and got into the diaper rash cream, seriously the picture doesn't show how bad it really was. WOW, I am so glad I have laminate flooring and leather furniture!
I love the footprints...

Cache County Fair:

I love to look back at pictures... I am so thankful to have a camera. Life is flying by so fast; these memories of my precious little family are priceless. :)

  1. Ugh. That diaper cream is impossible to wash of your hands, I can't imagine how hard that mess was to clean up!

PS Our library kept the tarantula! The librarians made a great case to the board and they understood that it was a wonderful educational tool. My daughter was thrilled. She'd bring him home if I'd let a spider in the house! :)

  2. Lara, I would really love to meet you someday :) I love reading your blog!

Yes, the diaper cream was probably the worst mess yet...

Thanks for the update on the tarantula... I was really hoping they would keep it. :)

  4. Oh no that still has to be hard to clean off. What did you use? Looks like August has been good to your family...well except the cleaning the cream off part ha ha.

  5. To clean all the diaper cream up, I used quite a few paper towels just to get up the big chunks.... then I used LOTS of cleaning wipes with a few extra sprays of citrus oil.... I figured water would make it worse. But eventually it all came off... even the spot on my red wool rug.
